The seventh episode of our season on the awesome movie year of 1977 features one of the year’s most notable foreign films, Werner Herzog’s Stroszek. Written and directed by Werner Herzog and starring Bruno Schleinstein, Eva Mattes, Clemens Scheitz and Clayton Szalpinski, Stroszek has come to be regarded as one of Herzog’s best films.
