Directed and co-written (with Patricia Resnick) by Colin Higgins and starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Dolly Parton, Dabney Coleman and Elizabeth Wilson, 9 to 5 grossed $103.3 million and was nominated for an Oscar for its theme song.
