Written and directed by Todd Solondz and starring Heather Matarazzo, Brendan Sexton III, Eric Mabius, Matthew Faber, Angela Pietropinto and Bill Buell, Welcome to the Dollhouse went on to be nominated for five Independent Spirit Awards, with one win.
